Biography
Selen Ayoglu Kayhan joined Greymore as a legal advisor in 2025 after a legal career of more 15 years in Istanbul, Turkey. Her initial responsibilities are corporate, tax and banking law.
During her career, she worked in the legal team of BDO for many years gaining deep experience in corporate law and processes and overseeing a wide range of legal issues including mergers & acquisitions, capital increases and decreases processes as well as company secretarial services. From 2022 she moved to Yapi Kredi Bank as a legal counsel responsible for corporate litigation. In 2025 Selen decided that she would like to gain new experience in the corporate legal world by working in a different jurisdiction.
In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Selen has supervised and supported the mootcourt role plays in the Marmara University Faculty of Law. When she has free time, she like to travel, cook and spend quality time with her friends and family.

Corporate & Commercial Law: Selen has over 15 years of experience advising on corporate law matters, including company formation, capital restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and company secretarial processes. She has supported both domestic and cross-border transactions, offering commercially focused legal guidance throughout all stages of the corporate lifecycle.
Banking & Finance Law: She has worked as in-house counsel within the banking sector, providing legal support on corporate litigation and regulatory compliance. Her experience includes advising on risk mitigation strategies and navigating the legal complexities of financial operations.
Tax Law & Regulatory Compliance: With a background in professional services, Selen is experienced in advising on corporate tax structures and regulatory obligations. She supports clients in aligning legal frameworks with tax efficiency, ensuring compliance with evolving local and international requirements.
