Biography
Ahmet Yalcin Yalcinkaya joined Greymore as Head of Strategic Growth, bringing two decades of experience across international finance, economic policy, government relations and strategic development in both the public and private sectors.
Prior to joining Greymore, he served as Chief Treasury and Finance Counsellor at the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in London, where he worked extensively on the UK–Türkiye business, investment and financial services corridor, engaging with financial institutions, investors, regulators and international companies.
Before his London posting, Ahmet held senior roles at the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, including Director-General of Economic Programs and Research, Head of the Delivery Unit and Public Policy Strategy Advisor. His responsibilities included macroeconomic policy, strategic planning, reform delivery, the investment environment and incentives.
Earlier in his career, Ahmet held senior advisory roles across the Deputy Prime Ministry, the Ministry of National Defence and the Social Security Institution. He began his professional career in corporate finance at Garanti BBVA Bank, gaining early private-sector experience in financial markets and corporate client needs.
Ahmet is also an ADR Group Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator and remains actively involved in civil society.

Public Policy & Government Relations:Extensive experience in public policy strategy, government engagement, stakeholder management and the interaction between commercial objectives and public-sector priorities.
Strategic Growth & Cross-Border Investment: Supports companies and institutions in developing international growth and market-entry strategies, identifying strategic partnerships and investment opportunities, and engaging with relevant stakeholders across markets.
Strategic Planning & Policy Execution: Has led major strategic planning, reform-delivery processes and policy implementation processes, including macroeconomic programmes, investment-environment reforms and cross-government implementation frameworks.
Financing, Investor Relations & Sustainability: Advises companies on financing strategy, access to international capital, investor positioning and engagement with financial institutions and institutional investors, while supporting the alignment of sustainability strategy and reporting with the expectations of international lenders and capital markets.
Financial Economics & Digital Assets: Academic and professional background in financial economics, with experience spanning financial markets, macroeconomic analysis, investment and economic policy, including the analysis of cryptocurrency price dynamics within his MSc in Financial Economics.
