Biography
Aysen Kilic is a Legal Advisor in the IT & Business Law Department at Greymore, specialising in Privacy, Technology, and Commercial Law. She is a CIPP/E-certified professional and a practising lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar Association.
Aysen has experience in a wide range of data protection, technology, and commercial matters, including technology agreements, international compliance projects, and data transfers. She has a particular focus on technology companies with contracting methodologies that align with regulatory requirements.
Aysen helps businesses navigate privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance challenges. She provides pragmatic solutions for global compliance projects, data-related commercial agreements, and product development. Having previously worked in Istanbul, Aysen has a good understanding of the variations in legal and regulatory environments in other regions and how these impact global businesses.
Outside of her professional life, she is passionate about yoga, fitness, and analog photography.

She also supports clients with data protection considerations in M&A transactions, including integration projects and marketing consents.
Technology and Digital Regulations: She advises technology providers and FinTech companies on their strategic technology projects, digital solutions, and regulatory risk. She also assists AI legal and product teams working on proposed AI initiatives by providing practical legal risk mitigation strategies.
Commercial Law: Aysen has experience advising clients on a broad range of contractual arrangements, including software licensing, SaaS, outsourcing, supply of goods and services agreements, distribution agreements, and advising on advertising and consumer law issues.
