Biography
Caglar is a renowned Turkish lawyer and a consultant having a professional experience of over 20 years in a wide range of legal fields, including commercial, corporate, litigation and enforcement. Before founding her own business in the UK, she was a partner at ASC Law, a law firm based in Istanbul, providing world-class services to a broad range of the world’s preeminent financial institutions and corporations.
After altering her direction from the Political Science and Public Administration department of Middle East Technical University, she graduated from Istanbul University School of Law in 1999 and did her master’s at Istanbul Bilgi University where she studied Business Law.
Caglar is a registered lawyer of the Istanbul Bar Association, and a registered foreign lawyer of the Solicitors Regulation Authority. She acts as an independent consultant through MHD Consulting Ltd, providing non-reserved legal services and Turkish law advice.
