Biography
Ece Bezmez Ozdogru joined Greymore as a Solicitor in the City office and works on corporate and commercial matters. She is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and is also registered as an Attorney-at-Law with the Istanbul Bar Association.
Before joining the firm, Ece worked at a leading law firm in Istanbul, where she advised multinational and domestic clients on corporate and cross-border transactions. Her work included supporting mergers and acquisitions from due diligence through to completion, coordinating multi-jurisdictional due diligence processes, drafting and reviewing transaction documentation, and assisting with regulatory and merger control filings.
Ece completed her LL.M. at University College London (UCL), where she focused on corporate law, including corporate finance, comparative corporate governance, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She also holds an LL.B. from City, University of London.
