Biography

Fatma is a Paralegal at Greymore, working across both the Family Law and Immigration teams. She assists in a range of complex financial remedy and business immigration matters, supporting solicitors with legal research, case preparation, client correspondence, and document drafting.

She has previous experience with legal aid and private immigration work, including asylum, human rights, and U.S. immigration cases. She also holds a Trainee Caseworker Accreditation, allowing her to advise and represent clients under the Legal Aid Scheme. Her structured and client-focused approach is strengthened by her ability to manage detailed case files and tight deadlines.

Fluent in Turkish and English, she combines practical legal experience with a strong academic background and is currently completing her LPC LLM at The University of Law. Outside the office, she is actively involved in student representation and enjoys public speaking, travel, and theatre.

  • Family Law: Supporting solicitors in financial remedy proceedings, including the preparation of Form E, court bundles, and liaison with clients and counsel. Familiar with court procedure and documentation relating to divorce and child arrangements.

  • Business & Private Immigration: Assisting with Skilled Worker and U.S. visa applications, naturalisation, and family-based immigration matters. Experienced in preparing legal representations, uploading client documentation, and ensuring compliance with Home Office and consular requirements.

  • Legal Research & Casework: Conducting legal research on immigration and family law issues, preparing client-facing correspondence, drafting statements, and supporting public law and judicial review applications.

  • Client Care & Legal Aid Support: Accredited Trainee Caseworker with experience in legal aid matters, managing communication with clients and maintaining case files to a high professional standard. Confident in managing sensitive and complex case types.
