Biography
Mehmet Deniz Celebisoy joined Greymore as a Solicitor in the City of London office and currently works in the Corporate and Business Law Department. He is a practising solicitor in England and Wales and is also registered with the Istanbul Bar Association in Turkey.
As a dual-qualified solicitor, Mehmet offers a distinctive cross-border perspective, further strengthened by his LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London.
Before joining Greymore, Mehmet worked at leading international law firms, advising on major global transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and strategic partnerships.
With nearly a decade of private practice experience, Mehmet has developed substantial expertise in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, with a strong emphasis on corporate and commercial law. Alongside his transactional work, he also advises on the resolution of multi-jurisdictional disputes.
Area of Expertise
Mehmet specialises in corporate and commercial law, advising clients in the private equity and venture capital, energy and infrastructure, IT, and tourism sectors on a broad range of matters.
Corporate Law: Mehmet has extensive experience in due diligence, contract drafting, deal negotiation and structuring, as well as advising on regulatory matters. His expertise covers share and asset sales, joint ventures, and investment agreements.
Commercial Law: He advises on cross-border commercial transactions, including IT agreements and franchising, distribution, and procurement arrangements.
Dispute Resolution: Mehmet has experience in resolving multi-jurisdictional disputes, and advises clients on dispute resolution procedures.
Corporate Finance: He also advises on various aspects of corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
