Biography
Nazli Ozkul joined Greymore’s City of London office as Counsel in 2026 and manages the firm’s China Desk, playing a key role in expanding its client base and strengthening Greymore’s relationships within the Chinese market.
She is a practicing solicitor in England and Wales and is also registered as a practicing lawyer with the İstanbul Bar Association in Turkey. She is also the founding partner of NPartners law firm located in Turkey which serves legal and consultancy services to Chinese investors in Turkey.
As a dual-qualified solicitor, Nazli completed her BA degree in Law and International Relations at Koç University. Later on, Nazli finished her LLM in Medical Law at Galatasaray University. She completed EU Law and Banking Finance Regulation program in EBS Universitat für Wirtschaft und Rechts in Frankfurt. Nazli has vast experience advising domestic and international clients across sectors such as mining, industry, medical sector, industry. She is known seamlessly orchestrating complex cross-border M&A and commercial entry strategies for global clients across Turkey, the UK, and the Middle East.
Nazli is a member of the Informatics and Artificial Intelligence Commission Committee of the Istanbul Bar Association. She was awarded the Young Tax Professional of Turkey by EY in 2017. She speaks native Turkish and Persian, and advanced English.
Her personal interests include sailing, yoga, swimming and travelling.

Corporate Law & M&A: Nazli has extensive experience in leading corporate practice, conducting legal due diligence reviews, and drafting both vendor and buyer due diligence reports. Her expertise covers structuring and executing complex transactions, including share and asset transfers, share subscriptions, and joint venture agreements. Having previously worked at top-tier international law firms such as DLA Piper and Clifford Chance, she routinely guides clients through multi-jurisdictional deals.
Compliance & Emerging Technologies: Leveraging her dual qualification in Turkey and England & Wales, Nazli advises global and domestic clients on compliance with international regulations. She specializes in managing companies' compliance processes with global artificial intelligence regulations (such as the EU AI Act and UK AI Strategy), GDPR, and data protection laws, as well as navigating regulatory frameworks in the blockchain and IT sectors.
Commercial Law: She acts on a wide range of cross-border commercial contracts and agreements, offering strategic counsel on commercial operations and foreign law matters.
Medical & Pharmaceutical Law: Nazli provides specialized guidance in health law and regulatory compliance, supported by advanced academic background in medical law.
