Biography
Paye is a Trainee Solicitor at Greymore, currently based in the firm’s Property Department. She began her training contract in 2024 after working as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal for over a year. She has been involved in a wide range of conveyancing matters, supporting transactions from instruction through to post-completion, and assisting with client communication, legal documentation, and due diligence processes.
She combines academic strength with growing hands-on experience in residential conveyancing, and is known for her proactive approach, attention to detail, and professional communication with clients and third parties.
Fluent in both English and Turkish, she continues to build her legal career with a strong interest in property law and client care.
Area of Expertise
Residential Conveyancing: Supporting fee earners in all aspects of property transactions, including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold matters, title reviews, drafting contracts, and preparing completion documentation.
Client Care & Communication: Experienced in liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions smoothly and efficiently. Skilled at managing expectations and providing clear updates throughout the conveyancing process.
Legal Administration & Due Diligence: Conducting AML checks, preparing and submitting SDLT forms and Land Registry applications, and supporting file management from pre-exchange through to post-completion.
Early Legal Experience: Gained through internships and paralegal work, with a foundation in legal research, file handling, and understanding of conveyancing procedures in practice.
