Biography
Razem is a senior solicitor at Greymore with over two decades of experience, specialising in both international immigration and high-value family law matters. He qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and has since developed a niche practice combining UK corporate immigration, US immigration law, and complex cross-border financial remedy work.
In the early stages of his career, Razem worked both in private practice and in-house for global firms, including an international role with EY. He has been based across key jurisdictions including New York, Sydney, Cape Town, Toronto, and the Middle East, and during his time at EY London, managed corporate immigration portfolios for clients such as HSBC, Disney, Clear Channel, and Nova Scotia Bank. He also held OISC Level 3 registration and contributed to UK immigration policy reform through engagement with the Migration Advisory Committee.
Razem is widely recognised for his expertise in US visa applications, including E-2 Treaty Trader and L-1A petitions, a specialist area of practice in the UK. He has represented high-net-worth individuals, political figures, and senior executives, and maintains strong connections with global embassies and legal professionals.
Since 2018, Razem’s primary area of focus has been financial remedy proceedings within family law, particularly high-net-worth and cross-jurisdictional cases. He is a skilled advocate with regular appearances before the Family Court and Deputy High Court, and his clients frequently opt to retain him for advocacy in lieu of counsel. He is a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation Scheme.
Outside of his legal practice, Razem enjoys cycling, travelling, and reading about global history. He is fluent in four languages.
