Serdil Mesut Kaya is a Conveyancing Paralegal with experience supporting a wide range of property transactions for both domestic and international clients. He has worked in private practice and within the property sector, gaining valuable exposure to residential and investment transactions.
With a strong academic background in law and professional training through the LPC, Serdil combines legal knowledge with practical experience to provide reliable support throughout the conveyancing process.
Outside of his professional life, Serdil has a strong interest in continuous learning and development. His personal interests include travelling and reading.

Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases: Serdil has experience assisting with the acquisition and disposal of residential properties, from initial instruction through to completion. His work includes title reviews, drafting and reviewing contracts, and liaising with lenders and third parties to ensure a smooth transaction.
Remortgages and Refinancing: He provides support in remortgage transactions, including liaising with lenders, reviewing mortgage offers, and preparing the required documentation to complete refinancing arrangements efficiently.
Transfers of Equity: Serdil assists in the preparation and completion of transfers of equity, ensuring compliance with lender requirements, registration formalities, and safeguarding client interests during ownership changes.
New Build Transactions: He has worked on new build purchases, managing the specific requirements of developer deadlines, and ensuring that the property is correctly registered at the Land Registry.
