Biography
Sila is a paralegal at Greymore, with practical experience across commercial conveyancing, immigration law, and general civil practice. She has gained substantial exposure to complex legal matters, having trained at multiple London-based law firms where she demonstrated strong legal drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills.
Her current role focuses on commercial conveyancing and immigration, where she manages client matters from initial instruction through to completion. She has acted on behalf of landlords, tenants, assignees, and assignors in lease transactions, and regularly prepares and submits detailed immigration applications.
With a methodical and analytical approach, she is confident working under pressure and is known for her diligence, attention to detail, and excellent client care.
Area of Expertise
Commercial Conveyancing: Advising on and managing lease assignments, transfers, and commercial property transactions. Drafting and amending lease agreements, deeds of surrender, and rent review memoranda, and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the transaction process.
Residential Conveyancing: Supporting clients through pre-exchange and post-completion processes, including conducting due diligence, preparing contract packs, completing SDLT forms and AP1 submissions, and liaising with solicitors, lenders, and clients to ensure timely and accurate completion.
Immigration Law: Handling a broad range of immigration matters, including applications for further leave to remain, naturalisation, entry clearance, ECAA applications, and EU Settlement Scheme applications. Experienced in liaising with the Home Office and providing tailored advice on visa routes and supporting documentation.
Client Care & Legal Support: Conducting client interviews, preparing statutory declarations and witness statements, managing correspondence, and advising on legal options. Skilled in document review, due diligence, and working autonomously to meet deadlines and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
