Silan Merve Yesilmen

Silan Merve Yesilmen is a Turkish-qualified lawyer with experience across corporate advisory, litigation follow-up, intellectual property, and rights-based legal work. She currently serves as Of Counsel at Greymore and brings practical experience gained through advising both individual and corporate clients in Turkey.

Before joining Greymore, Silan founded and managed her own law office, where she handled a broad range of legal disputes and advisory matters. Her experience includes drafting legal documents, managing active case files, coordinating procedural processes, and maintaining direct client communication.

Silan has also worked as regional legal counsel for Migros Ticaret A.Ş., one of Turkey’s leading retail companies, where she advised on operational legal matters and litigation processes within a commercially focused environment.

In addition, she has experience in intellectual property and copyright matters through her work with MESAM & MSG, supporting rights holders and legal enforcement processes relating to music copyrights.

Her broader legal background includes work in refugee law, anti-discrimination advocacy, and human rights-focused outreach projects
