Biography

Volkan is a Senior Adviser at Greymore with extensive international experience in corporate and commercial law, specialising in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, IPOs, investment banking, and international commercial arbitration.

He has served as lead legal counsel on high-profile international transactions, advising on joint ventures and capital markets projects involving Global Fortune 500 companies. Volkan has represented global banks, energy corporations, and government bodies in complex cross-border matters, combining the perspective of both in-house and external legal adviser to deliver strategic, business-aligned legal solutions.

He has also lectured at Galatasaray University for over a decade, focusing on the legal infrastructure of global branding at postgraduate level. Known for his commercial mindset and pragmatic approach, Volkan is widely recognised for his ability to close deals while safeguarding his clients’ long-term interests.

Outside of legal practice, Volkan is a former professional football player and a former member of Turkey’s national squash squad.
